Remember, your local REALTOR® Association serves as your MLS Service Center, and your first step to becoming an MFRMLS Subscriber begins there.

MFRMLS Basic Training

Within your first 30 days as an MFRMLS subscriber, you are required to attend the MFRMLS Basic Training Class. You will learn important information about the MFRMLS Rules and Regulations, and you'll learn the basics of how to use MLXchange.

MFRMLS Rules and Regulations

Take the time to review the Rules and Regulations. It is important you know the policies and procedures that guide the operations of MFRMLS. A thorough understanding of the Rules and Regulations will make you a more effective real estate professional, and it will keep you from making finable listing errors in the MLS. If you are responsible for entering and maintaining your listings into MLXchange, you will be required to attend an Entering & Updating Listing class.  In this class you will be taught how to input and modify listings, enter photos, and add attachments along with valuable tips and techniques.

Managing Your Account

Your MFRMLS Subscription Fees are due each June. You may also acquire other fees throughout the course of the year. You can view your account and pay online at our Online Payment Center.
