Fannie Mae has been meeting with REALTORS across the country, listening closely to the frustrations and possible solutions for dealing with REO properties. The number one complaint? The Buyer’s Agent is never really sure if the offer was ever submitted or paperwork is constantly getting lost. They listened closely and designed their recently launched test program, HomePath® Online Offers. Designed to collect offers and manage the offer submission process for all HomePath.com properties, buyer agents and brokers can now exclusively submit their offers through HomePath.com. The agent submitting the offer gets confirmation that the offer was received; the listing agent gets notified that there is an offer to review and submit.

The pilot program is currently operating in the following counties within My Florida Regional MLS’s service area:

• Lake
• Orange
• Osceola
• Seminole
