Did you know you could label your MLS photos in MLXchange with an identifying label?

When loading your MLXchange photos you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of label choices such as view, aerial view, clubhouse, exterior back, foyer, garage, and the list goes on.  Let’s have a quick refresher on loading photos.

From the listing maintenance screen select the “images” option, then in an open image slot, select “add new image.” If you have already loaded the exterior front view, choose the image name that identifies the image; if you would like to add comments about the photo such as describing the wood cabinets in the kitchen, etc. then enter those comments in the comments box, now choose “browse” and locate the file on your hard drive or removable drive and click “open.”  If the photo you have chosen does not fill the window, use the zoom control to fill the window.  Finally, click the “save” button.

Take a moment and look at the photos you have loaded for your listings, you may find that all of your photos indicate “exterior front.”  If this is the case now you know how to modify the label and more accurately describe the images.
