In an continuing effort to provide accurate listing information, on March 31, 2010 MFRMLS will be updating all active, pending and temporarily off-market listings with the 2009 tax year and tax amounts from iMapp. If you have already updated your listings with this information then no changes will occur. This will only affect those listings that do not have 2009 tax year/amounts.

All subscribers to Blue Dasher can now set their own landing pages (first image of the property seen when searching a listing) for all listings as well as save any image from the Blue Dasher database as a JPEG to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

To set your own Landing Page image:

Go to the "Manage Subscription" link and then to the "Properties" tab. This will detail and show all of your listings. Next to the "Advertise" column you will now see a "Landing Page" option icon. By clicking here it will allow you to set the landing page without having to advertise the property.

To save any image as a JPEG:

When looking at the dashboard of the Blue Dasher car, you now will see a camera icon on the right side. By clicking here you can save the image that is currently displayed to your hard drive.

PDF Print E-mail

We've recently wrapped up our first mini-tech fair, dubbed "My Florida Showcase." Considered a huge success, we met with hundreds of members in Orlando, Port Charlotte, Sarasota and Tampa. Our trainers, joined by representatives from Blue Dasher, iMapp, MarketLinx and RealBiz360, gave hands-on demonstrations of all of our productivity and marketing products—including our new commercial website, My Florida Commercial Real Estate.

In all, about a dozen different products were demonstrated. If you would like to receive more information on some of our products and services, please check out the products in the member benefits section of MFRMLS.com or click on one of the product links below:

The Showcase was packaged with MFR's new broker forum series "The Inside View."  Each two-hour session focused on upcoming changes, current policies and garnered valuable broker feedback.

Stay tuned for future "Inside View" broker forums and "My Florida Showcase" mini-tech fairs.
