It’s moving time at MFR!

As we prepare to begin relocating our corporate offices this Friday (Feb 3^rd) we would like you to note a few important items:

• Friday, February 3 our office doors will close at 12:30pm.
• The Help Desk and Administration departments will still be available via phone and email according to our regular business hours to continue providing Member service. Both departments will be operating with limited staff therefore Members may incur longer wait times.
• The Education & Pay sites will be unavailable Friday 12:30pm - Monday 12:00pm.
• Should you need to contact us during our transition, we ask that you utilize our toll free 800 number: 800-686-7451 as our local numbers will be changing.
• Weekend Help Desk hours and staffing will not be affected by our move.
• Monday, February 6 our Help Desk and Administration department will begin operating at 9:00am.
• Please note our new local phone numbers as of Feb 6^th:

CoreLogic® MarketLinx® has announced a new production release of MLS Data Co-op which is now available to all MFR Members.

The new release includes several new features and fixes noted below.

• When you login to MLS Data Co-op you will now see shading that represents MLS coverage area based on your sharing profile/privileges.

• As you zoom in on a shaded area you will begin to see how the listing pins match the shading. The shading will match the various listing status and foreclosure overlays you have selected. The shading will also represent all available listings in your area. As you drill into an area there may be shaded areas (dots) that do not have associated push pins. This is either due to your map’s zoom level or those properties do not match your current search criteria.

• Clicking the MLS name link in the Options tab will display the shaded coverage area for the MLS you selected. You need to have sharing privileges for an MLS for the coverage area to display.

• The “For More Information” QR Code now displays the appropriate MLS information

• The calculations in the pop up window (shown below) including average size, asking price and year built have been further refined to more accurately represent the area listing information.

• The “Acres” field in Saved Searches has been corrected. It will no longer display “undefined” as an option.

• Estimated Drive Time and Distance feature has been recalibrated.

• Add to Favorites/Remove from Favorites function has been updated.

• Tax Record Detail report now prints with “Remarks” field.

• Resolved URL issue for those agents who have a website displayed in their Data Co-op profile.

MLS Data Co-op provides new tools, new reports, and a new way to access MLS listings. In addition, MLS Data Co-op features an innovative map-based interface that delivers a wealth of property information.

MLS Data Co-op is another premium benefit included in your MFRMLS subscription and can be accessed through MLXchange under Smartlinks.
