We are glad to have you aboard. You are now a subscriber to one of the largest and best MLSs in the country. This New Subscriber Resources Guide gives you a quick tour of everything you need to get the most from your MLS.
Remember, you local Realtor® Association serves as your MFRMLS Service Center, and your first step to becoming an MFRMLS Subscriber begins there.
MFRMLS Basic Training
Within your first 30 days as an MFRMLS subscriber, you are required to attend the MFRMLS Basic Training Class. You will learn important information about the MFRMLS Rules and Regulations, and you'll learn the basics of how to use MLXchange.

MFRMLS Rules and Regulations
Take the time to review the Rules and Regulations. It is important you know the policies and procedures that guide the operations of MFRMLS. A thorough understanding of the Rules and Regulations will make you a more effective real estate professional, and it will keep you from making finable listing errors in the MLS.

Managing Your Account
Your MFRMLS Subscription Fees are due each June. You may also acquire other fees throughout the course of the year. You can view your account and pay online at our Online Payment Center.
