MongoFAX allows you to fax a document to a single toll-free 1-800 number and have that document delivered immediately as an Adobe PDF file to any Email address you specify. Using MongoFAX allows you to improve the quality of transmitted documents, send to multiple recipients and once, and easily archive documents electronically.

How to use MongoFAX
- DOWNLOAD the PDF MongoFAX cover page and save it on your computer.
- OPEN the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher
- TYPE the appropriate Email addresses in the TO/CC/FROM fields on the Email Cover Page.
- PRINT the Email Cover Page.
- FAX only to the dedicated MongoFAX number indicated on Email Cover Page.
