MFRMLS Support
Help Desk
At the heart of our support network is the MFRMLS Help Desk. Led by Deanna Harris, Director of Support and Services, our Help Desk Professionals are on duty seven days a week to answer any questions you have about MLXchange or any of the other MLS Resources we offer. We also feature a Live Chat feature on our website that will connect you to a Help Desk professional in a real time chat-room environment that allows us to answer your questions and forward you to useful Internet resources. We even have a remote support utility that allows you to grant a Help Desk Professional remote access to your computer when hands-on help is required.
The Help Desk operates Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday - Sunday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
MLS Training
Deanna Harris also leads our Training Program. Each week, our trainers crisscross the state conducting Training Classes at each of our member associations. Training Classes are a free value-added benefit of your MFRMLS subscription. Classes explore all the primary skills and resources required to get the most out of the MLS tools we provide. Classes include MLXchange Basic Training, MLXchange Advanced Training, Listing Maintenance, IMAPP, Designer Tool, and more. We also have a comprehensive online tutorial that walks you through all the main features of MLXchange.
MLS Administration
Director of MLS Administration Carole Burgess and her team work tirelessly to enforce the accuracy of the data in your MLS. They are ready to answer your questions regarding MFRMLS Rules and Regulations, and their ears are always open to your thoughts and suggestions for creating an even better MLS.
MLS Technology
Because MFRMLS is a confluence of different state-of-the-art real estate technologies, keeping them all working together is a full-time job. Our Director of Technology Colin Rosario is equal to the task, and his vigilant efforts keep the MLS services you count on running smoothly. Moreover, he is perpetually working to improve the services we offer, and with an open ear to subscriber suggestions, Colin makes efforts to ensure the technology works the way you want it to.

The MFRMLS website and Email Newsletter are designed to deliver important MLS news and information to you when you need it. Each week we provide updates on new features and resources, we deliver advice on how to get the most from the tools available to you, we remind you of important listing Rules and Regulations, and we give you tips on how to keep your listings accurate.
