New phone system will help us serve you better

Next month, MFRMLS is implementing a new phone system that will help us provide you with better subscriber service. The new system features tools that will help us track call patterns so we’ll be able to better staff our Help Desk. That means that when you call us, you’ll be even more likely to speak to a representative; you’ll spend less time on hold; and if you do need to interact with our automated system, it will be a more user-friendly experience.

Along with the new phone system comes some new phone numbers. While our toll free number will remain the same(800-686-7451), our local number will change, as will the direct numbers to MFRMLS staff, MFRMLS Administration, and the MFRMLS Help Desk.

As we get closer to implementing our new phone system, we will publish our new phone numbers here and update the Contact section of mfrmls.com.

The MFRMLS fax number will remain unchanged (407-293-6461).
